Terminal 2, second floor if American, first floor if British or other.  Hope I have the floor designation correct.

Windy, my suggestion would be for you to enter the bus station from the ring road and go up to the back and go around the shop fronts and come down behind the buses in the first bus parking and go to the end and you should be able to get parking there. The mistake that I made was I turned across the front of Terminal 2 and there was no parking available there but there was empty parking in the next row but you can only access it by going past the turn across the front of the terminal. The big problem is that if you do what I did you cannot reverse back to go down to the next row because you could end up with a bus going over the top of you because it is their exit road.

No division.  Just different ways of describing which floor it's on.   American vs British vocab.

I think it was Churchill who said "Two peoples separated by a common language.".

Visited the new office yesterday for the drenched 90 day report and per the norm service was good and I was in and out in about 5 minutes.

However, the location leaves much to be desired.  First is the lack of parking and a lack of signage that I saw giveing directions to the various terminals.  Then there were the steep stairs leading to immigration with about a 6 inch tread.  A ballerina on her toes would gave a hard time on these baby’s.  By the time I reached immigration this old fart with a chronic breathing disorder could barely draw a breath.

Hope this place really is temporary and new ground floor digs or a place with elevators is in our near future.

Anybody check out the activities at IMM now that the new procedures are in place and active?  Or maybe no one wanted to be first in line to prove he had adequate funds to get a retirement extension, etc.  My turn will come up at the end of August!  My next visit to IMM for my 90-day report is not until around the 20th of May.

yup the whole area of the Bus Terminal 3 is a giant clusterfuck. They've obviously just made it up as they've gone along with no thought of consequences for doing this or that. Case in point is the way the initial exit and entrance gates are now filled with concrete bollards to stop you using them.I remember watching videos of the monorail concept and thinking wow that looks well planned and thought out but looking at this  mess doesn't inspire much confidence.
