ATM withdrawal
« on: September 13, 2018, 10:47:56 PM »

Anyone know the maximum amount I can withdraw from a Thai bank ATM is, the Bangkok Bank in particular?

It is my own account but I've never needed the max before.

Bangkok bank, if the money is in Bangkok Bank is 50K a day for a standard account, you can ask for increases if needed once the acct is established.

It you have an online account at Bangkok Bank go to

https://ibanking.bangkokbank.com/SignOn.aspx

and sign in.  Then you can change the maximum amount to be withdrawn.  I have mine set at an amount much greater than 50,000.

Thanks for the replies.

50000 baht would be enough and they wouldn't let me have an online account with my O-A visa.

I think it is good that people have the opportunity to read this useful content. Because it can be practiced.

The last activity on this thread was more than three months ago. It is fine to respond to an old post IF you have something new or useful to contribute. Otherwise, a trivial comment just clutters up the topics list unnecessarily. Please be mindful of the dates of these threads before replying.  Thanks.
